Years ago I read a book by Timothy Gallwey called The Inner Game of Tennis. He said something I have never forgotten: the opponent that defeats us is almost never across the net. It is inside our own head. When we quiet that voice, what was always there begins to move freely.
Sometimes people come to me with a specific fire to put out. Sometimes they come because everything is floating and they need to find the ground. Sometimes they are on the edge of something larger — they can feel it — but they cannot quite get there alone. Sometimes something irrational has taken hold and they cannot name it, only feel its weight. Sometimes they have more dots than anyone they know — and no way to connect them. I have sat with all of these. Each story is different. The landing is unique. But it always ends with you in true alignment with yourself.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF MIND

In his research into high performance, David Epstein discovered something that goes against almost everything the modern world rewards: in complex, unpredictable environments — which is to say, most of the environments that actually matter — it is not the specialist who leads. It is the person who has range. Who has moved between domains. Who carries context that the specialist, by definition, does not have. Who can see what others cannot, precisely because they have not spent their life looking through a single lens.
I work with a particular kind of person. Their brain does not operate on a single track. It holds a large number of threads simultaneously — ideas, questions, connections, unresolved problems — and it is constantly searching for the relationship between them. They think fast. I was born in Italy and have been moving through the world since I was nine. I grew up between cultures. That shapes everything about how I work.
S-GNATURE, my practice, is built on the fact that no two people, no two stories, are ever the same. That is why there will never be one approach that fits all.
Before coaching, I spent twenty years operating inside complex, high-performance environments — broadcast journalism at MTV and Sky, organisation effectiveness at Vodafone, events direction at Condé Nast. That background is not decoration. It is why I can sit in almost any room and understand what is really happening.
I have worked with the World Economic Forum, Vodafone, General Electric, Sanofi, Harvard MBA Alumni, and many others across finance, technology, healthcare, government, and sport.
I hold an ICF Professional Certified Coach accreditation and a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, London. I am an adjunct professor at the Sant'Anna School of Management.
I also work with Hestia, coaching women who have survived abuse and modern slavery — and the teams that stand beside them. This work grounds everything else I do.
